Adult Fitness is a social and fun way to get more active. It is a group fitness class to improve wellbeing and learn basic body movements adapted from gymnastics.
Guided by a qualified coach, progress at your own pace to achieve your fitness goals.
Adult Fitness is for everyone regardless of age, ability or fitness level. Perfect for mums to get involved who have children in our Kindergym program.
Once your fitness has increased you may wish to progress to our Adult Gymnastics program.
