A new circuit-based fitness class that caters to all abilities and fitness levels.
Each class involves a quick warm up, before moving onto 2-3 rounds of circuit-based exercises. This is followed by a brief cool down stretch/movement. Each activity can be scaled to suit each participants ability.
While our Adult Gym program focuses on developing gymnastics skills, this program instead works to develop your strength, general fitness and physical capabilities while giving you a brief introduction to basic gymnastics. Adult Fitness is the perfect stepping stone if you’re unsure if Adult Gym is for you.
