Gym fun night HYC

Gymnast-led classes teaching both gymnastics and parkour skills. This class is fun focused and offers a flexible, less structured environment with games included to teach different skills and fundamentals. Participants can set personal goals and skills they want to achieve and are given time at each class to work towards those goals.

Gym Fun Night classes are a great option for students who may struggle with structured lessons or busy environments, as Friday afternoons is one of our quieter class times. It is also a great option for students wanting to participate in sport in a fun and stress-free way where they can have input in the lesson plans.

Runs on Fridays!

We teach the 6 traditional gymnastics apparatuses: Beam, P-Bars, Uneven Bars, Rings, Vault, and Floor.

Core Strength –
Helps to support your spine, prevent overexertion of joints, and improve posture.

Coordination & Body Awareness –
Improves performance in sports and helps to prevent injuries.

 

Confidence –
Working towards goals in class and improving overall fitness builds confidence.

Balance & Flexibility –
A vital part of long-term health and mobility.

​A mix of jumping, climbing, acrobatics, and tricking. Encouraging creativity through movement.
